Junior Telecom Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support telecom projects, the full-time Junior Telecom Business Analyst will conduct user research, create detailed process flows, gather requirements, and translate business needs into automated systems while collaborating with stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research to create PMO and FMO end-to-end process documentation
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to identify operational pain points and document automation opportunities
• Manage product backlog and prioritize functionality requests while ensuring designs meet business needs

Required qualifications

• BA/BS and 2-4 years of experience as a business analyst or in similar roles
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Scaled Agile delivery
• Experience in data gathering and analysis for application rationalization and optimization
• Proven ability to create development-ready Epics/Features and associated acceptance criteria
• Proficiency in collaboration/documentation tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and Confluence
