Junior Tester
Job Summary
To support software testing activities, the remote Junior Tester will assist in planning, executing, and reporting on testing processes while collaborating with senior team members and contributing to test planning and analysis in a Health IT context.
Key responsibilities
- Support day-to-day testing activities across development and sustainment test events
- Collaborate with senior test team members to contribute to test planning, including scope and deliverables
- Develop and maintain test cases, scripts, and data to validate functional and non-functional requirements
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Health IT testing or related software testing roles
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience in Agile tools like Jira
- Hands-on experience writing and executing test cases and user stories
- Familiarity with requirements traceability and defect tracking tools
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust Tier 2 clearance
