Junior Trader
Job Summary
Joining a dynamic trading team, the full-time Junior Trader will execute and manage trades across centralized and decentralized venues while collaborating with senior traders and developing trading tools in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and manage trades across centralized and decentralized venues, monitoring positions, inventory, and P&L in real time
- Build and improve trading tools, including position trackers and reporting dashboards, while analyzing market data to assess performance
- Develop a deep understanding of market structure and protocol mechanics to inform trading strategies and decisions
Required qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience, including recent graduates with strong technical credentials or candidates from quant research, engineering, or data roles
- Strong quantitative foundation in probability and statistics, with a preference for Python applied to financial modeling or data analysis
- Demonstrated interest in crypto and DeFi, with a sound judgment under pressure in fast-moving markets
- Self-directed and adaptable, comfortable operating autonomously in a remote-first environment
- Precise communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly
