Junior Trainer

Job Summary

Supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs, the fully remote Junior Trainer will plan, create, and execute training programs, including test administration and educational courses, to enhance the capabilities of Veterans Health Administration (VHA) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate, and execute instructor-led and web-based training programs for VHA initiatives
• Conduct training needs assessments and develop effective workshops and educational solutions based on identified gaps
• Administer learning management systems (LMS) and deliver engaging training sessions to diverse stakeholder groups

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in training end users on Oracle Health electronic health record systems or supporting training initiatives within the VA or VHA
• Minimum of three years of experience in training, instructional design, or related activities
• Experience developing and delivering instructor-led and virtual training programs for adult learners
• Familiarity with learning management systems and training administration tools
