Junior UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

Excited to bring fresh perspectives to a historically traditional industry, the remote Junior UI/UX Designer will design UI components and flows in Figma, collaborate with frontend engineers, and conduct usability reviews to enhance Ledgebrook's software portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Design UI components, screens, and flows in Figma
• Translate wireframes and specifications into high-fidelity mockups
• Collaborate with frontend engineers and conduct usability reviews with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio from coursework
• Proficiency in Figma
• Solid understanding of visual design fundamentals
• Familiarity with designing web applications for both desktop and mobile use
• Ability to communicate design decisions and rationale clearly
