Junior UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

To support the evolution of digital products, the remote Junior UI/UX Designer will collaborate with designers and developers to create user-centered, accessible, and visually engaging experiences while assisting in the development of UX/UI deliverables and iterating designs based on feedback.

Key responsibilities:

• Apply a user-centered design approach and assist in creating UX/UI deliverables from concept to high-fidelity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, implementing design direction and iterating based on feedback
• Assist with user research, usability testing, and contribute ideas during design reviews and workshops

Required qualifications:

• U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Federal Public Trust clearance
• 1-4 years of UX/UI experience with a portfolio required
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Understanding of responsive design, usability, and accessibility principles
• Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and processes
