Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and understand business processes and systems for processing transactions
• Complete binders and policies, issue them to brokers, and follow up on subjectivities
• Review and process endorsements for existing policies and assist the underwriting team with additional duties

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in underwriting
• Four-year college degree strongly preferred
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a desire to learn and flexibility
• Detail-oriented with effective communication skills
