Junior UX/UI Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior UX/UI Designer to support the transformation of their internal cloud management platform into a scalable SaaS product.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess the current remote cloud management platform and user pain points
• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes while iterating on design concepts based on feedback
• Conduct user research, support usability testing, and deliver a final presentation with a refined prototype

Required Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Behavioral Science, or a related field
• Strong grasp of user-centered design, usability heuristics, and prototyping
• Interest in or experience applying behavioral psychology to UX
• Familiarity with web accessibility standards and proficiency in design tools like Figma or Adobe XD
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to work hybrid with some in-person meetings in Southern California
