Key Responsibilities

Provide end-user support and training services for Video Collaboration (VC) systems
Develop User Guides, Cheat Sheets, and Quick Reference Guides for VC systems
Assist in troubleshooting user issues during virtual meetings

Required Qualifications

High School diploma with 2-3 years of relevant experience
Familiarity with Video Collaboration (VC) systems
Ability to apply fundamental concepts, processes, and practices on technical assignments
Practical experience and training in a related field
Must be a U.S. Citizen and successfully complete a Public Trust background investigation
