Junior Workday Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the administration and maintenance of the organization's Workday HCM environment, the Junior Workday Analyst will provide remote functional support, troubleshoot system issues, and assist with data analysis and audits on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot system issues and deliver effective solutions
- Maintain Workday HCM and perform regular audits for accuracy
- Develop and execute testing scripts while maintaining user documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience with Workday is required
- Preferred experience in Workday configuration and HR support
- Minimum of 1 year as a functional analyst
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel
