Job Summary
To support a growing digital workflow strategy, the full-time Junior Workflow Automation Engineer will design, build, and maintain automated business processes remotely, utilizing tools such as Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, and n8n while collaborating with the development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to analyzing business processes and identifying automation opportunities under guidance
- Build custom applications and develop multi-step workflows to connect various tools and systems
- Assist in monitoring and troubleshooting automated workflows while supporting data consistency and security
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of professional experience in software development, automation, or related technical fields
- Working knowledge of Zoho Creator and familiarity with Zoho Flow for designing workflows
- Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML/CSS for front-end development
- Basic understanding of Node.js or Python for back-end scripting
- Ability to write clean, readable code and experience working with APIs and webhooks
