Job Summary
Seeking a fully remote Juris Doctor with Customer Service experience, the position will manage complex customer inquiries through various communication methods, adhere to established protocols, and collaborate with business partners to enhance project outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to complex inquiries from customers and clients via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Create, monitor, and update scripting and procedures for claims and correspondence teams
- Assist supervisors in resolving issues and monitor the overall health of cases to identify errors and solutions
Required qualifications
- JD from an accredited US law school or foreign law degree and LLM
- Flexible and customer service focused
- Strong technical orientation with experience in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Ability to manage changing or competing priorities to support business needs
- Exceptional planning, organizational skills, and critical thinking abilities
