Jury Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jury Consultant to perform tasks associated with jury-related litigation consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct mock trials, focus group moderation, and online jury research
• Manage jury selection, community attitude surveys, and witness preparation
• Provide strategic consulting and reporting on jury-related projects

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree (Ph.D. or Master's) in psychology or related field, or J.D. preferred
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in jury consulting or related field for senior-level positions
• Understanding of civil legal processes, procedures, and terminology
• Client development skills are beneficial
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analytical software (e.g., SPSS)
