Job Summary

A company is looking for a FACTS Account Manager: K-12 Financial Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with educational institution contacts
• Provide training and guidance on products and services to clients
• Manage client accounts and drive increased utilization of products while ensuring customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• College graduate in a related field or equivalent experience
• Preferred experience in banking or customer service
• Desirable previous experience in education (e.g., teaching or student services)
• General knowledge of NBS products and services
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
