Job Summary

Empowering the next generation of innovators, the full-time K-Career AI Education Manager will manage K-12 AI education programs, aligning educational goals with workforce needs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the K-12 AI Education Program by coordinating efforts with collaborators to achieve rollout goals and impact priorities
• Oversee cross-partner program delivery, ensuring effective planning, operations, and reporting across a national network of partners
• Track program impact by collecting data on student participation and program progress, supporting regular reporting to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Science or MBA (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional education, nonprofit, or workforce programs, preferably in K-12 or edtech
• Experience working with school systems, districts, or workforce organizations
• Strong project management and documentation skills
• Proven ability to collaborate with public-sector partners and navigate education policy environments
