Job Summary

To enhance customer satisfaction and retention, the full-time remote K-12 Customer Success Manager will manage the customer experience for K-12 clients using the Instructure Learning Platform, collaborating with sales and renewals to grow accounts and capture market share.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the customer experience for all clients within the assigned territory
  • Collaborate with Sales and Renewals to increase market share and identify new business opportunities
  • Act as a liaison between customers and Instructure, ensuring alignment with customer goals and success metrics
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 4+ years of Account Management experience
  • Experience in a customer-facing role within the software industry
  • Knowledge of K-12 education preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Strong team-oriented mentality, effectively utilizing internal and external resources
