Job Summary
To enhance customer satisfaction and retention, the full-time remote K-12 Customer Success Manager will manage the customer experience for K-12 clients using the Instructure Learning Platform, collaborating with sales and renewals to grow accounts and capture market share.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the customer experience for all clients within the assigned territory
- Collaborate with Sales and Renewals to increase market share and identify new business opportunities
- Act as a liaison between customers and Instructure, ensuring alignment with customer goals and success metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 4+ years of Account Management experience
- Experience in a customer-facing role within the software industry
- Knowledge of K-12 education preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Strong team-oriented mentality, effectively utilizing internal and external resources
