K-12 Education Consultant

Job Summary

Building a network of experienced professionals, the part-time K-12 Education Consultant will provide program design, facilitation, coaching, and implementation support remotely, with potential for in-person work across the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate professional learning sessions for educators and instructional leaders, adapting content to meet partner needs
• Provide instructional coaching and implementation support to enhance educators' use of data and high-quality materials
• Offer strategic and systems advising to school and district leaders on instructional improvement and implementation strategies

Required qualifications:

• Substantial professional experience in K-12 education and educator development
• Deep expertise in areas such as instructional materials implementation, specially designed instruction, or multilingual learner support
• A record of measurable impact on student outcomes and educator practice
• Experience collaborating with schools, districts, or state education agencies
• Ability to build trusting relationships with diverse stakeholders
