K-12 Education Content Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Designer to oversee the design and development of immersive educational simulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate education simulation projects, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines while maintaining clear communication and documentation
• Design Live and On-demand simulations that reflect real-world education challenges and support essential interpersonal skills
• Author participant and client-facing materials for simulations and create training materials for Simulation Specialists

Required Qualifications

• Experience in education content development and/or simulation authoring
• Subject matter expertise in K-12 education, demonstrated through a graduate degree or relevant teaching experience
• Technical curiosity and experience with AI tools for scenario or content development
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Background in psychology or educational psychology preferred but not required
