A company is looking for a Director, K-12 Education Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement national policies and strategies to address antisemitism and promote inclusivity in K-12 education
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the K-12 education sector
• Oversee the creation of guidance, workshops, and training programs for K-12 educators and administrators

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree in education, Jewish history, or a related field
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in K-12 education, administration, or a related field
• Deep understanding of K-12 education landscape and issues related to antisemitism and inclusion
• Experience developing and implementing educational programs for students and professional development for faculty
• Experience managing and mentoring staff
