Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Growth: K-12 Facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic growth vision for the K12 Facilities practice
  • Lead the entire sales process, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and contract negotiation
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high-quality outcomes and service expansion
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Administration, Business, Architecture, or a related field
  • Five or more years of sales leadership experience, preferably in public sector consulting or education services
  • Strong knowledge of K12 education systems and facilities planning
  • Experience with public-sector proposals and relationship building with educational leaders
  • Ability to present confidently to both technical and executive-level audiences
