A company is looking for a K-12 Facility Master Plan Director to lead strategic growth and client engagement in K-12 facilities planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic growth vision for the K-12 Facility Master Plan Practice
• Manage project operations to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes across engagements
• Serve as a trusted advisor to K-12 clients, fostering long-term relationships and identifying service expansion opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Administration, Business, Architecture, or a related field
• Five or more years of sales leadership experience in public sector consulting or education services
• Strong knowledge of K-12 education systems and facilities planning
• Experience in creating competitive public-sector proposals
• Proven ability to engage with technical and executive-level audiences
