K-12 Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to oversee the implementation process for school districts and ensure successful platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end implementation for a portfolio of districts, including onboarding, data ingestion, and training
• Lead kickoff calls and project alignment sessions with district stakeholders to establish timelines and success criteria
• Maintain an implementation tracker for each district and lead recurring check-in calls to keep projects on track

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in implementation, customer success, project management, or a client-facing role, preferably in K-12 EdTech
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously across different clients
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to build consistent processes
