K-12 Math Academic Services Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Academic Services Manager, K-12 Math, who will oversee and enhance academic support services, including homework assistance and progress monitoring, while collaborating remotely with various teams to improve student learning outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and continuously improve K-12 math academic services, including homework support and progress tracking
• Analyze learning data to identify student needs and develop targeted support plans
• Establish processes for parent communication and feedback on academic progress

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
• Experience with online learning platforms or education technology companies providing academic support
• Hands-on experience delivering K-12 academic services, including progress tracking and learning intervention
• Strong knowledge of K-12 math and ability to assess student needs
• Project management and analytical skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration
