Job Summary

A company is looking for a K-12 Program Associate to support the national Gold Award program through facilitation and change management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead virtual convenings to promote understanding of national guidance and facilitate peer learning
• Apply change management strategies to assist staff and volunteers in navigating evolving expectations
• Synthesize feedback from cohort engagement to improve national Gold Award program resources

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in K-12 education and youth development, with a focus on nonformal education programs
• Proven skills in designing and facilitating engaging group convenings
• Strong project management abilities to handle multiple projects and timelines
• Ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated organizational skills for analyzing and synthesizing information
