K-12 Program Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a K-12 Program Associate to support the national Gold Award program through facilitation and change management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead virtual convenings to promote understanding of national guidance and foster peer learning
• Apply change management strategies to assist staff and volunteers in adapting to evolving expectations
• Synthesize feedback from cohort engagement to improve national Gold Award program resources

Required Qualifications

• Experience in K-12 education and youth development, with familiarity in nonformal education programs
• Proven ability to design and facilitate engaging convenings for diverse groups
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects and timelines
• Ability to build effective relationships with various stakeholders
• Experience in creating clear and engaging presentations and materials
