K-12 Program Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a K-12 Program Associate (temporary) to support the national Gold Award program.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead virtual convenings to promote shared understanding of national guidance
• Apply change management strategies to assist staff and volunteers with evolving expectations
• Synthesize insights from cohort engagement to improve national Gold Award program resources

Required Qualifications

• Functional understanding of K-12 education and youth development
• Experience implementing nonformal education programs
• Ability to design and facilitate engaging convenings
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
