Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring compliance with K-12/SLED procurement regulations
• Proactively identify strategic bid opportunities and assess competitive intelligence for bid/no-bid decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex concepts into value-focused narratives

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in proposal strategy with a track record of achieving above-industry win rates
• Knowledge of K-12 procurement cycles and SLED regulations for compliance and strategic alignment
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple proposals under tight deadlines
• Experience in leveraging proposal technology to build scalable, automated systems
• Ability to analyze market trends and solicitation requirements for competitive positioning
