Job Summary
Proactively managing a defined portfolio of standard renewal accounts, the full-time K-12 Renewal Representative will ensure on-time contract renewals, create and deliver renewal quotes, and maintain accurate account information in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage contract renewals and create renewal quotes based on customer usage
- Maintain and update account information in Salesforce with high data accuracy
- Assist Sales and Customer Success teams in identifying upsell opportunities and provide exceptional customer service
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or similar roles
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize customer satisfaction and build trust with clients
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools, especially Google Sheets
