Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Sales, K-12.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own national K12 revenue performance, focusing on new customer acquisition, expansion, and retention
  • Define and execute the K12 sales strategy, identifying growth opportunities and driving operating plans
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 30+ sales professionals throughout the sales cycle
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of software sales experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles managing sales teams
  • Proven experience in selling complex software solutions within the K12 education market
  • Experience with Student Information Systems (SIS) or related K12 education platforms is highly desired
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, including ROI modeling and data-driven selling
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and conversation intelligence tools such as Gong
