K-5 Design Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a K-5 Design Specialist to create and refine instructional materials for elementary education.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and finalize design templates and prototypes for K-5 instructional materials
• Review and ensure quality of publisher-ready drafts and instructional content
• Collaborate with external vendors to maintain design standards and quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Three years of experience in product or graphic design, with a focus on educational design preferred
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Understanding of lesson and unit design principles for K-5 education
• Experience with both digital and print design formats
