K-5 Spanish Literacy Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Academic Designer for the K-5 Spanish Literacy program.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and develop content for Spanish literacy materials in digital and print formats
• Assist in the development of prototypes, guidelines, and project documentation
• Act as a point of contact between vendors, internal teams, and Academic Design teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Spanish elementary education, Spanish literacy, Spanish linguistics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in literacy curriculum development and educational publishing
• Knowledge of industry content development practices and content standards
• Understanding of digital learning, including authoring systems and accessibility
• Proficient in MS Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, Smartsheet, and K4/InCopy markup
