K1-A Data Validation Specialist

Job Summary

To support the tax preparation team, the part-time K1-A Data Validation Specialist will review and validate K-1 forms for accuracy, input missing information, and maintain confidentiality while working remotely with flexible hours.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and validate all parts of the K-1 for accuracy and completeness
• Input missing information and ensure confidentiality of sensitive data
• Collaborate with team members to streamline the data validation process

Required qualifications:

• Must have participated in BT Prep for the 2026 Tax Season
• High school diploma or GED required
• Availability for a minimum of 30 hours per week, spread across at least four days
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn quickly
• High attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
