Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager, K12.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of K-12 customer accounts to increase revenue and drive client retention
  • Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders and identify upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure successful implementation and support for clients


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or education-related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience in Education or Digital Media is a plus
  • Consultative selling experience is a plus
