Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager, K12.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of K-12 customer accounts to increase revenue and drive client retention
- Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders and identify upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure successful implementation and support for clients
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business or education-related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience in Education or Digital Media is a plus
- Consultative selling experience is a plus
