Job Summary

Enthusiastic and driven, the full-time K12 Account Manager will manage a portfolio of K-12 customers to enhance client retention and drive revenue growth, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer support in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and drive revenue growth through upselling and contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Sales Engineers to support successful implementation and identify cross-sell opportunities
  • Conduct onboarding and quarterly business reviews to demonstrate the value of Niche's products to K-12 schools
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or education-related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Experience with Salesforce and strong presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Experience in education or digital media sales is a plus
