Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on K12 Sales Director, the full-time position will lead and develop a high-performing sales team while managing a personal territory to expand market presence and drive revenue growth in the K12 education sector.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the K12 market, aiming for significant revenue milestones
- Lead and mentor the K12 Sales and Marketing team while contributing to revenue through direct sales efforts
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, closing, and overseeing marketing campaigns to engage K12 decision-makers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of sales experience in the K12 market, with at least 3 years in a management role
- Proven success in individual sales performance and team leadership
- Deep understanding of K12 customer needs and procurement cycles
- Strong experience with Salesforce and HubSpot
