Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Director of Sales K12 for a full-time position, this role will lead and develop a high-performing sales team while owning a territory and executing a go-to-market strategy to drive revenue growth in the K12 education market.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the K12 market, aiming to achieve the company's first $1M milestone
- Lead and mentor the K12 Sales and Marketing team while actively contributing to revenue through direct sales execution
- Build and manage the end-to-end sales process, including managing a pipeline of school and district-level opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of sales experience in the K12 market, with 3+ years in a management role
- Proven success in individual sales performance and team leadership
- Deep understanding of K12 customer needs and procurement cycles
- Strong experience with systems like Salesforce and HubSpot
