Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager, K12 (Strategic and Key Accounts).

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales goals by consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Drive pipeline generation and management, ensuring robust sales coverage
  • Conduct strategic deal coaching and maintain a high-performance culture within the sales team
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years of direct sales experience within the K12 education market
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience leading a sales team with a collective quota of $5M+ annually
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales, particularly with large accounts
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or similar structured approaches
