Kafka Streaming Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Kafka Streaming Engineer (Confluent Focus).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Kafka-based real-time streaming pipelines
• Work with Kafka Streams, ksqlDB, or Flink for event processing
• Build connectors and integrate Kafka with databases, APIs, and data lakes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Kafka or Confluent Kafka
• Proficient in Java, Scala, or Python
• Experience with ksqlDB, Kafka Streams, or Flink/Spark Streaming
• Strong understanding of serialization formats (Avro/Protobuf)
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
