Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Review prescriber medication orders for safety and efficacy and approve medication for dispensing
• Evaluate medication therapy and make recommendations to ensure optimal patient care
• Provide drug information to healthcare professionals and counsel patients on medication usage

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree required
• Hospital experience or completion of ASHP-accredited Residency preferred
• Pharmacist licensure in the residing state is required
• State Pharmacist licensure in KS and NE is required; additional state licenses may be needed
