Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Rep II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process member payments and address billing inquiries
  • Provide accurate information regarding coverage plans and assist with prior authorization processes
  • Update member information and handle policy terminations and reinstatements
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least two years of experience in a healthcare-related field
  • Solid understanding of healthcare terminology, including ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding
  • Ability to clear a criminal background check
  • Strong computer experience with data entry and screen navigation
