A company is looking for an IT Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Provide advanced IT support for clinical and administrative users, ensuring high availability of radiology systems
Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and clinical application issues
Triage and manage escalated incidents, collaborating with cross-functional IT teams as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, including hardware and network support
Experience supporting voice dictation systems such as PowerScribe or Fluency
Knowledge of HIS/RIS, PACS, Voice Recognition systems, DICOM functionality, and radiology workflow
