Job Summary
Supporting the delivery of client Affordable Care Act reporting services, the part-time Kansas Licensed ACA Specialist will prepare and review client data, maintain reporting workflows, and provide responsive client service in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and format client data for reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Communicate with clients regarding reporting progress, data needs, and deadlines
- Track clients' annual reporting progress and manage competing priorities effectively
Required qualifications
- Kansas Licensed ACA Specialist certification
- High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 to 5 years of insurance claims-related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ACA reporting platforms
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients
