Job Summary

Leading actuarial analyses in a full-time capacity, the Kansas Licensed Actuary will develop innovative models and provide strategic insights to support clinical programs and affordability initiatives, with the option to work remotely, hybrid, or onsite.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead actuarial analyses related to pricing, forecasting, and financial performance across multiple lines of business
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance actuarial models and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Translate complex actuarial findings into actionable business insights to support budgeting and strategic planning
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Associateship or Fellowship designation in the Society of Actuaries (SOA)
  • Minimum of 6 years of actuarial experience in pricing, forecasting, and trend analysis
  • Experience with building and evaluating actuarial models and communicating with senior leadership
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and/or Power BI for data analysis and visualization
