Key Responsibilities

• Investigates and confirms facts of loss for automobile accidents, determining coverage, liability, and damages
• Collaborates with representatives on claims involving fraud or subrogation to achieve optimal outcomes
• Handles investigations of auto claims with discretion and independence, applying knowledge of insurance policies and customer needs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2 or more years of experience in auto claims handling (preferred)
• Intermediate understanding of insurance policies and industry practices
• Ability to identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage
• Experience in assessing subrogation or fraud potential
• No supervisory responsibilities required
