Job Summary
As a Kansas Licensed Automotive Service Advisor, the full-time remote position will guide clients and vendors in maintenance and repair decisions, ensuring fleet efficiency and cost control while working a consistent 40-hour schedule from home in Kansas City.
Key responsibilities
- Review scheduled and unscheduled repair orders for accuracy and cost-effectiveness
- Recommend proper maintenance intervals, repair procedures, and pricing to clients
- Field calls from drivers to evaluate needs and suggest appropriate service locations
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 4 valid ASE certifications (no expired certifications)
- Must reside in Kansas City, MO/KS or surrounding counties
- Six months of customer service experience required
- Two years of automotive maintenance or dealership service department experience required
- Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
