Job Summary
Utilizing advanced clinical judgment, the full-time Kansas Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician will manage telephonic clinical case management for a Medicare population, conducting assessments and care planning while working remotely during standard business hours, with no weekends or holidays.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic assessments and provide crisis support to members
- Document clinical interactions and collaborate with Aetna partners for behavioral health consultations
- Engage in program development activities and assist members in locating community-based behavioral health resources
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of direct clinical practice experience
- An active and unrestricted clinical behavioral health license in Kansas (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LISW)
- Minimum of a Master's degree in Behavioral/Mental Health or a related field
