Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Advisor to provide remote social service support coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Field high volumes of phone calls and online chats
• Conduct assessments to determine individuals' goals and preferences
• Provide information, educate about resources, and facilitate referrals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in social work, case management, or care coordination
• Ability to document interactions in computer systems
• Availability to work within Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm (Central Time)
• Fluency or conversational ability in Spanish is encouraged
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to serve others
