Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Advisor to provide remote social service support coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Field a high volume of phone calls and online chats
• Conduct assessments to determine individuals' goals and preferences
• Educate individuals about available resources and facilitate referrals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in social work, case management, care coordination, or related fields
• Ability to document interactions and relevant information in computer systems
• Availability to work within the helpline's operational hours (Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Central Time)
• Fluency or conversational ability in Spanish is encouraged
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to serve others
