Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Benefits Specialist to provide support and manage employee benefit enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process employee benefit enrollments and provide phone-based support for various inquiries
  • Serve as a Service Advocate and contribute to process improvements for efficiency
  • Maintain product knowledge and ensure data accuracy while coordinating with vendors and internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Active state specific Life & Health Insurance agent's license required
  • 1-2 years of HR, Employee Benefits, and/or customer service experience required
  • Working proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Knowledge of benefits principles and practices, with a focus on industry trends
