Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Benefits Specialist to provide support and manage employee benefit enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Process employee benefit enrollments and provide phone-based support for various inquiries
- Serve as a Service Advocate and contribute to process improvements for efficiency
- Maintain product knowledge and ensure data accuracy while coordinating with vendors and internal teams
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Active state specific Life & Health Insurance agent's license required
- 1-2 years of HR, Employee Benefits, and/or customer service experience required
- Working proficiency in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of benefits principles and practices, with a focus on industry trends
