Required Qualifications

• Located in Central Time Zone (CST)
• 3+ years of clinical practical experience, preferably in specific healthcare areas
• 2+ years of case management, discharge planning, or home health care coordination experience
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (REQUIRED)
